Please take a photo of the damaged polish and send it to us. We can either send you a replacement or we can issue you a refund if the polish is out of stock.
You received an invoice because of the customs related to your country. This invoice was not sent from us, it was sent as "custom duty fees" from your government. Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the prices listed on our website.
In the checkout portion of our website, there is a shipping calculator. If your country is not listed in the calculator's drop-down menu, then we do not ship to your country at this time. If it is included in the calculator, select your country, state, and zip code, and you should get rates for the shipping cost!
We do our best to restock items as soon as possible. There may be items that are limited edition which we can not re-order. Please check back on our website every 1-2 weeks to see if the item is back in stock!
