The bottle I received was almost entirely empty negating their claim that they inspect returns prior to giving a refund. There wasn't enough left to do two coats for my manicure, it was really frustrating to spend so much $$ on an empty bottle. Lesson learned.

Universal Nail Supplies has GREAT customer service! My first order of OPI I’m not Really a Waitress arrived with the neck broken off the bottle. I emailed photos & they sent a new bottle, that arrived in perfect condition, at no charge. Good customer service is a rare thing in today’s world!
