Harmony Gelish Prep PH Bond 0.5oz

Great product- staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Will continue to purchase all of my nail products from them.

This is the first time I have been disappointed with a purchase from Universal Nail Supplies. The item (Gelish, PH bond) was not sealed - which is typical for Gelish product. Also, the application brush was yellowed, which leads me to believe the product was either:

A: Aged
B: Altered
C: Returned
D: All of the above

Unfortunately, I did not open the package for some time after receipt and missed the opportunity to submit for a refund.

Excellent pre-polish prep! I use this every time before my base coat and I get 5 to 7 days of perfect color!
